The price list is for the Wholesale Trade only. Correspondents are asked to use their business letterhead to enable us to limit distribution of Price Lists to those entitled. We will try to maintain these prices until June 30, 2009, but we reserve the right to change prices without notice. Prices quoted herein are in U.S. dollars.
All invoices are net and payable within 30 days from the invoice date. A one percent (1%) service charge per month (12% annum) will be added to overdue accounts commencing 61 days from the date of the invoice. No further credit will be extended if accounts are in arrears over 60 days. New accounts will require a 20% down payment for the first order.
Orders & Acknowledgements
Verbal orders must be confirmed in writing. Acknowledgements will be confirmed approximately by the first week of September for the fall season and approximately by the first week of March for the spring season. All acknowledgements will be binding and must be signed before digging begins.
Orders for delivery between October 15 and December 31.
Orders for delivery between February 15 and April 30.
We guarantee all stock to be true to name and in good condition upon leaving Riverfarm Nursery. We will not be responsible for damage to stock due to delays in transit or for the condition of material that is not picked up within 5 days after notification of completed order. There will not be a guarantee on park grade trees or trees that are sold from the holding area. The above guarantee is the only warranty made by Riverfarm. RIVERFARM HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES WHETHER IMPLIED OR EXPLAINED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF SUITABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. If any stock does not comply with the above guarantee, Riverfarm’s sole liability will be to either provide replacement stock or to refund the purchase price. In no event shall Riverfarm be liable for compensatory, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
Inspect and count stock immediately upon receipt of shipment and ascertain condition of the trees. Check varieties by comparing with the delivery slip. Report in writing any discrepancies, errors or shortages within (3) days of receipt.
